The Word Jealousy
Jealousy is an emotion experienced by one who perceives that another person is giving something that she/he wants (typically attention, love, or affection) to a third party.
For example, a child will likely become jealous when her parent gives sweets to a sibling but not to her.
On an interpersonal level it is a felt threat from an outsider to an important relationship in which one is involved and produces feelings of anger and fear.
It is a state of fear, suspicion or envy over one's possessions.
Envy is a waste of time.

Jealousy is simply and clearly the fear that you do not have value.
Jealousy scans for evidence to prove the point - that others will be preferred and rewarded more than you.
There is only one alternative - self-value.
If you cannot love yourself, you will not believe that you are loved.
You will always think it's a mistake or luck.
Take your eyes off others and turn the scanner within.
Find the seeds of your jealousy, clear the old voices and experiences.
Put all the energy into building your personal and emotional security.

The Word Narcissism
A
narcissist because he (or she) spends all of his time acting, protecting his ego by presenting to the world a
mask, a false image of himself (herself).
Consequently he becomes a master of deceit.
But it is extremely important to be able to recognize people whose behavior is detrimental to them, or to their organization's performance.
A narcissist is not capable of putting the organization's needs before his or her own needs.
Nobody can be kinder than the narcissist while you react to life in his own terms.

Everyone knows people who fall into the jealous and/or the narcissist category. (unfortunately)
Just remember to stay clear from people who think they are better than you or bring you down with their envy.
Who needs a friend that cares only about what you have that they don't?
Who needs some one in their lives that just tries to one up you constantly or thinks that their life is more important than any one else?
Come on people!!!
Jealously and narcissism is a huge part as to why our society is so screwed up.
These people need help.
Don't let them bring you down.
Just saying.
