What a perfect holiday.
I sit back now (a day after),
and reflect on how important family
and loved ones really are in life.
I just want to be around
the ones I love more and more
as I grow older.
Embracing all who's
around me,
especially around the holidays,
really is a gift all in its self.
I woke up to this outside my window
this early morning.
I just sat there...
in disbelief of how lucky and safe
I am to have such a beautiful life
and a wonderful circle of friends and family.
These moments are the true meaning of Thanksgiving.
Every one should really just have moments like
these every day so they can
count their blessings.
Life is amazing and so short.
Take in the worlds beauty in every way you can.
Grandma's House
What a delicious event yesterday was!
Aunt Linda,
Aunt Peggy,
Mom,
Dad,
Jeff,
Erin,
Grandma,
Dave and I
all nestled cozy in Grandma's warm home
to celebrate the day together.
And this year I was thankful for my sense of smell
back after my two surgeries!
YAY!
Turkey never smelled so good:)
Deb did an amazing job all around.
And to my delight
the table was set with casseroles
and serving dishes all in PYREX:)
JOY!
Let me tell you,
it made my day!
I hope you all had a special Thanksgiving day!
Love,
Kimmie
